All Payments are due prior to shipment or upon delivery. Shipping charges includes handling fees. Insurance responsibility of customer. International customers are responsible for custom clearance charges. Bottles Of Sunnah supervise and enforces strict " No Damage Shipping " policy on all orders before it leaves the warehouse. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days from its shipping date. Excluding Food, Hygiene products or items purchased on special Sale or Discounts. Return Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returned items need to be in its original package. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
